Ms. Nashban is an associate attorney with Richard A. Schurr, P.A. She was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in 2019 and is a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar.
Ms. Nashban graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2019. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, with a Minor in Family Child Sciences.
Prior to joining Richard A. Schurr, P.A., Ms Nashban clerked for an Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court Family Judge during her time as a law student. Ms. Nashban also spent a summer clerking for a South Florida Family Law firm where she assisted in marital and family law matters. While in law school, Ms. Nashban focused her studies on Family Law and Litigation Skills. Ms. Nashban was awarded the CALI award of Excellence in Social Media and the Law.
Prior to commencing her career in family law, Ms. Nashban spent several years working in politics in the Florida Legislature.
Ms. Nashban currently devotes 100% of her practice in the area of family law, specifically focusing on complex marital and family law matters.
Ms. Nashban has experience in discovery issues, drafting marital agreements and parenting plans, alimony and child support, parental responsibility, modifications of alimony and child support, enforcement actions, contempt, business valuations, and paternity disputes.
Ms. Nashban has a foundation called Children 4 Peace where she donates her time and money to children in need, She also enjoys spending time with her family, exercising and cooking. She is also a fan of the Miami Heat.
